1. Introduction

Welcome to Riffs and Rhythm – Guitar Classes by Shuvronil (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By enrolling in our classes, using our website, or interacting with our services, you (“you” or “student”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services Provided

• We provide guitar learning services through online and/or offline classes.

• Classes may be offered as one-to-one lessons, group sessions, or workshops.

• Learning materials, notes, or resources provided during lessons are for personal use only and may not be redistributed without permission.

3. Enrollment & Payments

• To confirm your enrollment, advance payment for the selected package/class must be made.

• When starting for the first time, fees for the full month must be paid in the first class. In case of delay/unavailability, it should be informed prior.

• Students are requested to pay monthly fees by the 2nd week of each month.

• Trial class policy: If you opt for a trial class and then join regular classes for the month, the trial fee will be adjusted against the monthly fees (no extra charge).

• You may start classes from any date of the month. The duration from that start date to the same date of the following month will be considered as one full month.

4. Scheduling & Attendance

• Class schedules will be fixed in consultation with the student.

• If a student wants to cancel or skip any scheduled class (online/offline), a backup class may be arranged on request depending on empty slot availability and instructor’s discretion. Monthly fees remain unaltered and non-refundable.

• If any cancellation happens from the instructor’s side, the class will be provided at a later date with no extra charge.

5. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to join on time and maintain a respectful learning environment.

• Recording or sharing classes without prior permission is not allowed.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may lead to termination of classes without refund.

6. Affiliate Links & Recommendations

• Our website may include links to products (such as guitars, strings, or accessories) sold on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).

• These are affiliate links: if you make a purchase through them, we may earn a small commission, but at no extra cost to you.

• We are not responsible for the quality, warranty, or delivery of third-party products.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We will make every effort to provide quality lessons and support. However, progress depends on each student’s practice and dedication.

• We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from misuse of instruments or materials. Students are encouraged to handle instruments responsibly.

8. Privacy & Data

• Any personal information (such as name, contact details, or recordings) shared with us will be kept confidential and used only for providing services.

• We may use student feedback/testimonials in form of texts/videos/images (with consent) on our website or social media.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Any major changes will be notified through our website.

• Continued use of our services after changes implies agreement with the revised Terms.
